Cancellation Policy
We take our bookings very seriously, and will always honor and respect our appointments with you as our valued customer. Once a date is booked, we may have turned away other customers for that time frame. Here is our no nonsense, 100% no exceptions, cancellation policy. 1. No NEW YEARS cancellations allowed. Once it is booked and paid for, there are NO refunds. 2. Wedding cancelations are a minimum of a 14 day notice by phone or email, and you will receive 50% of your payment back. You can reschedule a date at no fee (up to 2 times) if it is a 14 day notice by phone or email of the date change. Absolutely no exceptions. 3. For Private events, a minimum of a 14 day phone call or email cancelation notice is mandatory and you will receive 50% of your payment back. You can reschedule a date at no fee (up to 2 times), if it is a 14 day notice by phone or email of the date change. Absolutely no exceptions. 4. If you cancel with-in 1 hour of your booking (accidental bookings), you will receive 90% of your payment back. 5. If you need to change a date, you can do that at no fee with a 14 day phone call or email notice to us of the change. You may only change a booked date twice.
